Shipping and returns

  • Costs and delivery times :
Fabio Bougies  delivers all over the world, asking for a financial contribution to the shipping costs. All orders placed before 11 a.m. are prepared and shipped the same day by our teams.
Working days: Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
Depending on the size of the package and depending on your mailbox, the package may be delivered to a collection point or to the nearest post office.where you are.
  • Track my delivery:
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
Once the email has been received, log on to the site
Enter your tracking number so you can more easily track your delivery.
  • Where to find my invoice:
Fabio Bougies   does not include a paper invoice in its packages, for reasons of simplicity and ecology.
The procedure to follow to obtain your invoice:
Log in to your account, and go to my orders.
You will then find your invoices which you can save or print.
Returning a damaged or non-compliant product to us:
To return a damaged or non-compliant product to your order, contact customer service by email at the following address with a photo of the damaged or non-compliant product.
Please include these references below in your email:
• Last name First Name
• Order number
• Address
• Order date
• Product concerned
• Reason for return (damaged or non-compliant product)
