The merchant site  fabiobougies.fr (hereinafter the “Site”) developed by the company FABIO BOUGIES (hereinafter referred to as “FABIO BOUGIES”) allows consumer users (hereinafter the “Users”) via the Site to order Products such as handmade scented candles and accessories (hereinafter the “Service”) online.
 

As part of the use of the Site, the User is required to transmit personal data concerning him.

• When the User uses the financial services offered via the Site: all payment phases are carried out through our payment system (PAYPAL OR CIC), a certified service provider to ensure payment security. This system is encrypted and protected. Card numbers are not retained.

• As part of the provision of hosting and maintenance services for the customer database(s).

• When FABIO BOUGIES   uses the services of service providers to provide assistance, advertising, payment services or accommodation. These service providers have limited access to data, as part of the performance of these services and have a contractual obligation to use them in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, 

• If required by law, FABIO BOUGIES   may transmit data in order to respond to legal or regulatory requests, court decisions, subpoenas, legal proceedings, to comply with administrative and legal procedures,

• If FABIO BOUGIES is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or receivership procedure, it may be required to sell or share all or part of its assets, including personal data. In this case, Users would be informed, before personal data is transferred to a third party.
 

4. STORAGE PERIOD

In accordance with the law, personal data concerning you is kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above or to enable FABIO BOUGIES to meet its legal obligations.

Thus, the data collected during the creation of your account is kept as long as you hold a customer account with FABIO BOUGIES and the data collected as part of an order is kept for the time the order is executed (beyond legal requirements such as the retention period for invoices).

Personal data used for commercial prospecting purposes may be kept for a maximum of three (3) years from the end of the commercial relationship.
 

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD:

FABIO BOUGIES  informs the User that no transfer of personal data has taken place to date outside the EU. The data processed is hosted in France or in the European economic zone. In any event, FABIO BOUGIES undertakes to comply with the legal provisions regarding the transfer of personal data abroad and in particular any "Private Shield" policy, and undertakes to inform the User in this regard.

FABIO BOUGIES  implements organizational, technical, software and physical measures in terms of digital security to protect personal data against alteration, destruction and unauthorized access.
